This is from the races during the Tri-State Fair races. The Tri-sate Fair was the original name of what would become the Mid South Fair and the races were held at Tri-State Speedway Formerly Montgomery Park Horse track located at the Fairgrounds, known as Montgomery Park before purchased by the City.
